What is technology? Is it our phones and laptops? Or is it the Air Pods we see teens wearing frequently?

Technology is around us. From the wheels in the cars, to levers in machineries, or cogs in systems, light emitting diodes in breadboards, or even in our watches. Technology evolves as time progresses. We utilize this in almost everything we do. Including in writing this blog! I couldn’t write this blog without the help of the internet, my laptop, and of course the server which wordpress runs upon.

Technology is evolving exponentially! Let’s take into consideration something we use almost always; the internet. What we are using right now is called the Internet of People where people are connected to different sites through different servers which connect to the internet or to the cloud. However, we will soon use what we call the Internet of Things or the IoT. Just like in the IoP, the IoT can also be connected to a server, but it does not connect people, rather, it connect things! To put it in a much more simple way, you can now connect your smartphone to your television, to your refrigerator, and even to your room lights. But, technology does not end there. Technology can also be found in our food. Technology is used in creating GMOs or Genetically Modified Organisms. Technology is also used in business, in monitoring the stock market or even computing for your financial statements.

In other words, technology is limitless and it is everywhere around you. Take a look.
